Bid capacity is online software to calculate probable bid capacity of the Bidder. The bid capacity software is available on bidcap.emahapwd.com.
Bid capacity software is to be used by all the bidders who are bidding for work in PWD where in tender conditions bid capacity is qualifying criteria.
The Bidder will visit to website bidcap.emahawd.com and register in the system. Bidder will read the user manual , understand the process and then fill details and use the software. The user manual can be obtained on bidcap.emahapwd.com.
Bidder should periodically update Turnover, Work in Hand and technical staff etc. record so that latest information is available in system.
KYC means Know Your Company. This is a very important document. KYC saves name and address of applicant which appears on the Bid capacity certificate and which cannot be modified.
When KYC is saved, applicant can view the entered KYC information and can edit it for change in address, email and telephone numbers etc.
When the user enrolls in software with his email id, system generated email is sent on that email id. The link in email needs to be clicked to activate and confirm the email address. For security purpose, the activation of email is important as all the communication is done via email.
The maximum limit to upload per document is 2.0 MB and in pdf format only.
The email id of applicant is primary mode of communication between the applicant and Department. The periodical status is communicated to registered email id via email.
At present the system is free of cost for Bidder. In future, if authority issues some directives then system will be chargeable.
For software and web related issues help desk should be contacted. Help Desk works on all Government working days from 11am to 5.30pm. For issues related to turnover, work in hand, Manpower requirements etc. please refer to Bid document pertaining to bid submission by Bidder/applicant.
